2018 Organizing Fellowship!

Welcome to the third annual Organizing Fellowship opportunity!

This year we would like to host 10-15 young students/activists/solidarity warriors to work with us. This will be a 10 week-long, paid summer program based out in Flagstaff or Pinon, Arizona. Fellows will work with us in engaging with Navajo communities about the Just Transition Movement, restoring watersheds and how that relates to food sovereignty, and learning about holistic approaches to how we can become stewards of the land once again! We strongly support our young people and their vision of what they would like to see happen within their communities; whether it’s through art, activism, scholarly, collaboratively, digitally, it’s up to you!

The deadline to apply is April 23rd @5:00PM (MST). Please apply on our website Fellowship Opportunities and if you have any questions please email us at contact@blackmesawatercoalition.org!
